My Personal Fitness Journey:
In 2015, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. That moment was a major turning point in my life. I realized that if I didn’t take control of my health, my future could be at serious risk.
Determined to make a change, I began educating myself about nutrition, started eating healthier, and committed to working out consistently. It wasn't easy, and there were ups and downs, but with every step, I grew stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Over time, I lost a significant amount of weight, reversed many of my health issues, and discovered a new passion: helping others transform their lives just like I did.
Today, I'm a certified personal trainer. I work with people who are ready to take control of their health but don’t know where to start. I believe it all starts from within—with mindset, with self-love, and with the belief that you are capable of change.
I don’t believe in perfection—I believe in progress. Every step forward matters. If I can do it, so can you.
